Yes, Luis, we welcome you! Here is something we call shampoo!

Actually, I think it's cool. I don't wash my hair anymore either. Maybe Yao will stop overwashing his mop too.

or maybe scola won't pan out. i guess i have to agree with you that the rockets front office is far away better than the spurs front office. by the way doesn't your team have 18 guys on a 15 man roster? considering the raping of the spurs organization your boys did any idea on how they are going to trim that down to 15?

saw some highlights of Scola and he looks pretty good, then again they are Highlights. i wonder what will happen to the second meeting between Jermaine O'Neal and Scola? i'm just hoping Scola will do his talking with his game.

Easy, as a start, Sura, Harris, Reed.

Then trading JL3, Alston, and bring back SF3.

You dont think only giving up Howard and Span in exchange for Scola( better then howard and span put together), butler and Mike james is not a good offseason?. also it looks like we got three gems in landry , brooks and harris.

Is "OMG U HAEV 2 MANEE PALYERS" the best you've got?

C'mon, man, this is the Houston Rockets front office. There's all kinds of material out there. You can do better.

Well, if you aren't good at drafting your own players, trade for some Spurs draft picks. They have proven to be a lot better at it then we are.

I like the trade, hope we can sign him and get him over here. I also like the Jackie Butler throw-in. He could be big for us down the stretch to keep Yao fresh and for when Dike proves to be too old.

It's a bit ironic that VSpan ended up being more valuable to the Rockets because he refused to come back to the States.

I can't believe we got Scola so cheap. Morey just bought himself a whole lotta slack.

What excites me about this trade the most is that we didnt have to part with any of our valueable trade assets. like head, Battier or even alston. barring another major deal, it looks like head will be back. unless we packiage him in a deal for someone like Artest.

In all honesty I don't care what the rockets front office does. If you took a poll league wide and asked which front office is better? it might be 29-1 in favor of SA.. so I will let recent history serve as my smack..

2), 3), 4) and the "only bad thing" won't happen, reporters already called VSpan after the deal and he said nothing can change his mind and he's not playing for Spurs either.

    Keep looking ;)

um you can trade lucas, reed, novak for 2nd round picks or/and cash consideration. harris is a non-guarnteed contract, and i'm we can waive anyone of them, if we need to. landry is a 2nd round pick, so we don't have to sign him. sura can retire. so there realy isn't a problem

    Yup. On all points.

If you took a poll on this very board, it might be (a ratio of) 29-1 in favor of SA. That doesn't mean the Spurs won, or came out even on, this trade.

Evidently they were backed into a corner, and Morey took advantage of it.

What is up with all the V-Span hate? The guy never played and when he did he sucked. he never did anything for the rockets yet he has become public enemy number 1..

Sura only has 1 mill guaranteed, Lucas 500k, and the Harris deal is non-guaranteed. So, those are the three obvious cuts. Also, I don't think it's a guarantee that Deke or Hayes will be back.

When people are lying to themselves and get called on it, they usually respond defensively just like you did. How old are you?

    pfft.

don't bother responding again to me, defensive boy, you'll be typing at thin air.
