    I like the move. If anything it will piss off the Lakers. We may lose our first round pick to the Nets if we make the playoffs. So kudos to Morey for getting us another pick.

    Also, let's say we keep Fisher. We now have a way better option as a back up/3rd string PG than Flynn. Lowry isnt coming back for a couple weeks at least.

    Fisher may not be good but he is better than every PG in the FA pool (unless Gilbert agrees to be our third string, currently second).

    I'd rather have 10 mins of Fish than 10 mins of Jonny Flynn. Unlike Jonny, Fish actually knows how to play.

    and we declined to pick up his option next year. They were going to let him go regardless.

    BTW, Fisher isn't going to play a game as a Rocket. We'll buy him out and he'll go back to LA.

    We're probably going to buy Fisher out once Lowry rejoins the team, then he waits out the buyout time to rejoin the Lakers.

    I can't stand fisher but I don't mind getting a 1st round pick. Hill was an nice little experiment but I just don't think he will ever live up to his athleticism or his draft pick. I think he can be a solid role player but the rockets have plenty of solid role players at that position.
