Rockets trade for Steven Adams

Depends on how much Alpi’s 3pter has improved this off season.

 

Adams has also been practicing them.

 

His 3 pointer won't matter when PFs are running circles around him.

 

Is Aquaman actually healthy now... or is he still under water?

 

His shot doesn't really need improvement imo.

 

So, does this mean that Sengun is putting in work (or isn't)?

Steven Adams is unplayable in the 4th quarter in a close game in the playoffs. He will be fouled intentionally until Ime is forced to remove him. That is why he is not the solution next year as our backup center. I love the guy’s heart and toughness, but two towers can’t work with a sub .500 free throw shooter.

 

Grimes was literally the only Sixer who had a shot at that rebound. The rest of those scrubs comically botched the most basic defensive play in basketball.

 

He really reminds me of nene, in that we have a good older back up center. Im glad Adam is younger, but man our team would have been deadly if we had a younger nene back then. Man was quite old by the time he joined harden.

 

You are right he is not the backup center....

Adams should be the starting center and Sengun should be the starting PF. Until when will we hide the double big lineup? It is clear opponent teams have no answer to the double big, Sengun and Adams just dominate the boards on both ends and get every miss while on defense they block the paint like crazy and only people possessed by the ghost of Steph Curry can stop them.

Every win in this streak except for the Sixers game has been carried by the double big.
