So you'd rather have a turnover than at least a chance to score. Mmmkay

Nice. Good riddance to a power forward that could never rebound, bad back or not.

Too many mental midgets on this team. Time to clean house.

LOL @ all those who thought he was going to be our savior.

Getting a mid first for a free agent that has missed half the last two years with back issues and isn't really that good?

No, it was a good decision and the Rockets did well to get a mid first and not just lose him as a free agent.

It's sad to see D-Mo go but it's really a trade that works out for both teams.

Pistons are gambling a bit on D-Mo's health but there's much higher upside for them. They really bought low on a guy who could really be the perfect pairing next to Drummond.

Plus picks in the 12-21 range are always a hit or miss, with a higher chance of a miss. Still, at least Rockets got something out of it

I love Morey mor than anyone else on this board but...

I bet he is looking forward to drafting a 6'7 PF who shoots sub 20% from the college 3.

Unless there is something else in the works... this move SUCKS!

But maybe D12 or capella are gone in another move and we needed another center and the roster spot... so we will see...

IF the Rox have no confidence in DMo's back... and I like Thornton, but he's hot n cold...

Welcome? For what? I'd rather have present day Shawn kemp - fat and old. At least he'd have old school stories to share.

Ugh never thought this guy would be in the rotation but he was the only one who got buckets when it looked like there was a lid on the basket. Sad he's gone - can we trade all the rockets coaches today. . .

MT got strange rotation minutes. I liked MT. He knows his role. Had no problem with his FGAs because that was his role. Was actually impressed with his passing in PNRs. Thought he generally was good for the Rockets even if his defense was below average.

If the Rockets tank and miss the playoffs, they will have two first round picks now. Both would be useful in trading for a star in the offseason.

I missed the Morey the "asset manager" and he might be back!
