No, not much truth to those. As I posted earlier, he is statistically identical to Brooks in terms of defensive effectiveness. Give his man the ball 10 times, and his man will score 11 points. Same as Aaron. But we can ignore this and call him a bulldog!
Especially in 'Zona! They will probably make Brooks produce his birth certificate or some crap.
Any chance this could be connected with playing for the Suns? I'm looking for silver linings wherever I can. Under the couch and in the bushes, without much luck. I'm not doing cartwheels here, B-Bob.
Brooks was going to get an overpaid offer (from Sac or the hard pressed Cavs) that we'd either have to match or let him walk. Match him and watch some more 2-10 nights or subtitle meltdowns for being a backup and then we're stuck with an untradeable contract. Let him walk and you lose him for nothing. The Rockets had to trade him for new chips.
Har Har, get it, cause it's likely that black people crossed a border illegally? Oh wait... let's not go there. Brooks was one of my favorite players, still. He and Landry were my boys back in '08, sad to see them go. Dragic feels like a lateral move, but I'm excited to see how he fits in.
Sorry -- was referencing the birthers instead of the anti-immigrant legislation. Still a stupid joke. I'm in a bad state after these trades.
sorry bud we've got too many guards mostly at 2 I am more worried about the third string PG, We lost Ishmael
If all Morey could get for Brooks was Dragic and a protected first, then I have lost all faith in him.
Admitted I haven't seen a lot of Dragic, but his 2 TO per game while only playing less than 20 minutes worries me.
If only Morey sold high on him, we couldn't possibly have picked a worst time to get some kind of return.
