I was scared, man. So happy the Rockets showed that OKC was no match! the best part is Rockets didn't necessarily have a great game. Rockets pretty much beat them with defense. Shai and Dennis were terrible!

There was a lot of Slander in here. I'm a CP3 apologist but the amount of disrespect in this thread Toward the Rockets is about to be legendary when some start to quote it.

I don’t know about the whole “Rockets didn’t necessarily have a great game” part. That’s greedy and outrageous. When Green and McLemore are 13 of 20 from the floor and EG also gives you 20 while Harden is getting his 37 while shooting over 50% we’re pretty much set to beat anybody.

 

@D-rock Should I start telling you how we can’t beat Portland? Seriously, we’ve played like crap against them all year, Lillard is always out to get Russ and Melo wants revenge

 

6'7" or less offense (and defense) had the Thunder absolutely bamboozled.

 

Rockets missed 1 million wide open jumpers. RoCo and PJ shot poorly. Rockets won on effort and defense alone. Rockets can be even better. If that's Greedy and Outrageous:

Roco shooting poorly has become the norm and only took 6 shots. PJ nailed 3 threes. Come on this is considered a great game and let’s just hope we have 3 more great games this series. People been telling me how Roco and PJ are more important than EG. So when 4th 5th and 6th man are all on fire it’s a great game. On top of Harden getting his scoring average shooting above his field goal percentage average.

At this point in his career during the playoffs we're not even sure if CP3 can bring more to the table than WB

 

Russ can put up 30 consistently, that is a career game for CP3 these days.

 

Yep... remember "Cp3 KNOWS this team... he's prepared and does his homework" and Harden doesn't do his homework or study.... He's definitely not a cerebral player at all.
