See? Stats are fun! I was actually surprised to see Harden shooting as high as he is from 3. I must only pay attention to Harden's 3pt % when he bricks them or something because I honestly thought he was only shooting around 35% on the season. Another stat : the Rockets are actually a fairly average 3pt shooting team @ 35.9%. They win games with the 3 because they jack so many up. Another stat : teams actually shoot the 3 better against the Rockets (36.8%) than the Rockets shoot the 3 (35.9%). One more? : Everybody talks about the Rockets and the 3-ball, but where the Rockets are elite is, oddly enough, shooting the 2. Nobody shoots it better. They're slightly ahead of the Warriors who are the 2nd best in the league (57.5% vs. 57.3%). Of course, since they jack up so many 3's, they shoot the fewest 2's in the league (by. a. lot.). But then it's the 3's that probably make them so good at the 2's. Alley oooop.
