Rockets' Thread Censoring?

    I think that the Rockets organization pays attention to forums like this and comments by fans on The Chronicle stories etc... I believe that the Tracy McGrady saga showed that they paid attention to the fans thoughts on him for the last few years and that weighed heavily on what they should do with him.

    They knew there was a pocked of T-mac fans that love him and would come to games to just see him play and so on but his decline among fans is what gave them the ability to move him out of the spotlight and focus on new players like Brooks, Ariza, and now Martin.

    I think that they care alot less about what fans think we should or shouldnt do with Yao cause it is a no-brainer of the apeal Yao has to China and what impact financially it has to get him back on the floor and in the spotlight.

    They will do what is good for business first because if they cannot succeed financially first then it will be even harder for them to win basketball games and contend for a championship.

    But as far as censorship... no way. They do such a good job keeping their deals underwraps that there is no way a site like this makes an impact on trades and signings.
