    As much as I want Paolo or Jabari I'm perfectly happen with Griffin provided the Rockets can scoop up Tari Eason with their second pick. I think Eason has some Patrick Williams potential as a defender at the 4.

    I think its a coin toss for tie breakers, as the Rockets lost theirs when I believe Milwaukee was tied w another team for 2021 Draft. Then again, I thought that was done after the lottery, so I may be wrong.

    For lotto odds, there is no tie-breaker (no coin flip either)…the teams just get the same odds by splitting their ping pong balls

    After the lottery, for all 30 teams except the 4 who won the lotto, a coin flip finalizes draft order for ties.

    ESPN posts standings using playoff-seed tie-breakers, which are relevant only for playoff seeding, not draft order.

    Your second thought is correct. Coin flips are after lotto

    There is no tie-breakers (not even a coin flip) for ranking teams for their lottery odds (pre-lotto).
    They simply split their ping pong balls…ie they have the same odds

    After lotto, for all but the top 4 who won the lotto, draft order for all teams (including playoff teams) is a coin flip.
