Detroit's best fit is Ivey (they need a backcourt partner to Cade who can play on and off ball, Hayes isn't the answer) Magic best fit is Paolo (they have no true bucket getter) Houston's best fit is Jabari (While I love Chet, I do believe Jabari is a better perimeter defender IF Sengun is the future then drop coverage is huge, Chet playing on the perimeter takes away his biggest strength, major creativity would be needed. Neither Chet nor Jabari need the ball to be productive. I love that) Thunder best fit is Chet (Poku was a cute pick, Chet provides exactly what they wanted from Poku. SGA/Giddey are their core players, both need the ball. No one else is really a LOCK for the future so I do think they take BPA which is Chet).

How does the tie breaker work if we end up with the same record as DET and ORL? We split both series 1-1.

There is no series involved anymore... no head-to-head, no conference, no nothing. If there's a 3-way tie for the worst record, nothing changes among the tied teams since they share 140 combinations out of the possible combinations for the worst record. A random drawing would probably be done before the draft like for all other tie-breakers to determine which team would draft earlier in the event they don't make one of the first 4 picks. In other words, the only way a tie-breaker would be necessary in your scenario is if 2 of the 3 tied teams did not fall in the top 4 picks.
