Stone filled a need with the sources available. Only draw back was his age when drafted. He checks every box. If coach plays him, coach will be a hero. Stone has done a great job. The kid a winner, 2 college championships.

This is stupid. You have no idea what player he will become. There’s multiple paths to the NBA. Morey signed then waived Champagnie with the Sixers who is now an important piece for the Spurs. Alex Caruso was also undrafted now an amazing player. So was Fred.

Love this pick up - he is a great player who has for some reason flown under the radar - a no risk type of deal that MIGHT pan out, the guy is a winner everywhere he has been and he is a 6'5" PG - which we can really use.

An Apple must have fallen on Stone's head.

Why is Udorka hiding the Triscuit Newtons - he needs to go on a diet if he is hitting the Romance trail again

Does the romance trail lead to a whisper circle?

Newton looks like a stud, reminds me of Walter Clayton except 6'5 so he can play defense.

However this is his 3rd team in just 2 yrs, he got drafted by Pacers and then got cut, Wolves picked him up and also cut him. I think this is because he only plays well in GLeague, although to be fair he never got any NBA mins as well. Still you have to wonder why he got cut 2 times esp by rebuilding team like Pacers and Wolves who could have used a backup guard.

I have never heard of this man, nor seen him play. So I'd have to say - yes. It's statistically probable.

Will he be sent to the Gleague? Or will he be in Houston?
