Hopefully our training staff can get this guy in nba shape. He's going to be a body to recon with. Antoine Carr damage style if he can turn all that fat into muscle.
Jesus this guy is massive. Like how does he accomplish normal daily tasks, like taking a shower? How do you wash all of that?

LMAO, he said this in the interview : I failed my academic in George Town and embarrassed my family, but I am not a dumb guy, I just did not go to the classes. Translate : I am a lazy fat ass.
Oh, yeah. Then explain how Gluconeogenesis works and add to that the importance glycogen is to body building, smartass. Spoiler I don't know what I'm talking about, just wanted to throw out some big words about turning stored fat into fuel for muscles. I mean, you can make bombs out of fat. Actual nitro-glycerin according to Tyler Durden.

The general idea is that one first looks to put on as much muscle mass as possible, with the understanding that this will also lead to an increase in body fat. You then focus on cutting that excess body fat, with the understanding that you'll be losing some of the gained muscle in the process. Of course, that probably doesn't really apply with Mr. Smith.
