The 6-foot-7 White originally signed a 10-day contract with the Rockets on March 3, then signed a second 10-day contract on March 13. He signed his new deal Tuesday. White had been playing in the NBA’s developmental league for the Anaheim Arsenal, where he averaged 25.9 points, five rebounds and 2.5 assists in 34 games. He’s played one game for Houston, scoring five points with an assist and a steal in the Rockets’ 107-88 win over Minnesota on Friday.
