Do people upset even know who Ryan Anderson is? During our closest years to chase a championship since the 90s? The NBA can get weird. Let’s roll. Perfect fit for now versus a Harden nightmare redressing. Also. It’s hard not to remember how impactful he’s been recently. He’s more relevant than Harden. This dude has raised my eyebrows deep into the playoffs.
Y’all bringing up his championship like it matters. What did Kawhi, Siakim and Lowry not exist or something? Depressing times for Rockets fans. We have the worst contract in the NBA once again.
It will start immediately following the 2nd year It will begin in the summer of 2025 It will be FVV’s 10th NBA season
As it stands, Amen is glued to the bench for at least 3 years now.....I'm pretty sure a hilariously overpaid PG pretty much ensures that.
The new CBA doesn't allow you to do nothing. You have to spend the cap space by the start of the season. In other words - a losing team will have to overpay someone. You only get to pick which ones you overpay.
I guess they could’ve split it up amongst multiple vets, but that would take away minutes from the youngsters. In a vacuum, FVV isn’t worth that. Ever. But it’s not unreasonable here. If we don’t have to pony up to the rookies until 2-3 years and there’s some kind of option I’m the 3rd year, I don’t think it handicaps us much at all…even if the 3rd year is guaranteed. There weren’t better routes for us to take for veteran leadership
If 3rd year is a team option this is fine. Our young core needs a pg this is the only way if we want them to grow. Your lack of vision is showing yet again. It was never gonna work with your beloved KPJ.
If it's a 3rd year team option, then fine...still A LOT of money for a mid tier PG, but at least the fans will have someone new to blame when other players brick their open shots.
