Thanks Scottie Pippen- Walt was part of what we got for you in trade.....I liked Walt Williams hollering during the National Anthem at Compaq- "for the land of the free....'' OOOWWWWW!!!!! He was waking his dead father to watch the game from heaven-
cheap shot? he got intentionally bowed in the head and you call that a cheap shot? it's not like he carmeloed and ran afterwards. he hit him with a clean right hook and was ready to deliver some more if stickman wanted it. go waltah!!!!
Call me insane, but I liked Walt Williams. I don't know what it was about Walt, he was over his prime when he came to us. It was just the phenomenon of a homeless old man still being able to score some and dunk that usually amused me.
dang man- did u see how that ref manhandled raja bell? frikin hilarious and i dont get it- why the hell would you ever get into a fight with shaq? why? do u hate life that much? and for me, there was something awesome about walt... iono what it was, but he was cool
the thing i'll remember about the wizard is how he started the 3 sign whenever he hit a 3 well before sura, wesley and barry started it
walt was tight man, could still rain threes when he was in Houston better than anyone we have right now. Glen Rice, Shandon Anderson, Walt Williams, those were the days...
You still remember Dean? Whatever happened to him? I miss his optimism and support for the Rocket players
LOL! Malone and Rodman was about the most enjoyable matchup there was in the NBA. Those two guys would murder each other if they could get away with it. That was true hatred right there. The rest were more of a 'spur of the moment' type stuff, no real animosity there with the exception of the old Knicks-Heat rivalry I guess.
