then you have no knowledge if you think the rockets offense is going to adjust to Rubio. LOL. that role has already been taken.

Honestly, I think if Morey showed interest in re-signing Matt Maloney tomorrow some of you'd argue for it:rolleyes:.

Ricky Rubio is a complete step backwards. His skillset doesn't fit us and he's just not good enough to run a championship team. Morey needs to stop with his obsession with foreign players. It's getting borderline disgusting

Harden says he needs help at guard. Rubio most definitely helps.

Aren't we still on the hook for his and Brent Price's contracts?

maybe this is just DM leaking information to get Denver to accept his offer for Lawson.

i honestly don't believe morey has any realistic interest. but it's pretty hilarious how a few people try to argue for Rubio being a good fit on this team.

Funny thing is you guys are complaining about a true PG who can't shoot for a pseudo PG who can't shoot or pass. At least Rubio can sniff 10 APG. Something Beverley will never do in his career. I'd say Rubio addresses our biggest need of having a playmaker besides Harden. Whenever you figure out the trade for Steph Curry or CP3, please entice us all. Lol.

I'd hope he doesn't. It would be embarrassing watching Rubio score 5pts on 4-16 each nite, and ppl on here defending him like Lin fans did Lin. This will be disaster

who cares. Rubio can't even sniff respectable shooting %'s and has been a huge part of losing ever since he got into the league. Atleast Beverely is a better fit for houston and that's what really matters.

A better fit in what sense? The fact that he's a terrible shooter or can't make a post entry pass to Dwight for the life of him? Hmmm, yes let's keep using vague terms such as "fit" and expect them to propel us to championship levels.

Rubio has some real strengths but also some very glaring weaknesses. Its hard to know how effective he will be in those tough, every position, rotation, shot is critical playoff games ALA with the Clippers and GSWs.

Personally wouldn't be my first choice, but Im open to taking a look.

LOL one of the best shooters on this team is a terrible shooter ok. Are you 10 years old? how is it that hard to understand what fit means for this team.

Point guards that can't shoot can't play next to harden. End if discussion

    Beverley TS%: .509
    Rubio TS%: .452

If Beverley is a terrible shooter (he's fine spotting up at 3, his finishing is bad), where exactly does that leave Ricky Rubio? Have you guys considered that his assists are pumped up by the fact that he passes out of open layups?
