My dog does the same thing. He thinks he doesn't have permission to go inside.

Hasn't NY and Jeffries expressed reciprocal affection for being reunited?

    Jeffries+picks for Randolph haha

This will be a great opportunity for Jeffries to show up. Although it will just be for a few minutes a game, at least it will be a few minutes a game.

I guess RA got tired of watching him miss point blank emails as well. Watching him shoot layups is like watching Hayes shoot FT's when he still had that double hitch.

Part of a good post move is the finishing part. Something JJ has never learned to do.

The Rockets do not have time to develop a 29yr old veteran.

Yes, Jeffries is a solid defensive player- we would benefit off of him in situational match ups now that Yao is out and Hayes (2-4 wks).

Agree, keep Jeffries and let him play.. until trade deadline. We need to make a trade/move with him included, whatever the possibility. His contract is ..not so pretty, for his role.

his defense is pretty good..but still, i dont see much use of him now..might as well develop pat pat at the F and Hill at the C.

Where's the knicks girl when you need her? I love jeffries on defense but can't watch him on offense.

All Rockets are available to trade, why should Rockets keep Jeddries?

Not so much as keep him from a trade, but since he has not been traded yet, let him play. Ecspecially now that we are going to need him. I'm all for letting Hill and Patman develop, but also let Jeffries get meaningful minutes. What he screws up on offense, he makes up for it on defense.

Seems like Coach A has orders not to risk Jeffries' health by playing him. It's the only thing that makes sense, given the injuries and the current state of our defense. If we move him by the deadline in a deal for a significant piece of the puzzle, I'd say that that was the smart play.
