Stone and Tillman don’t want to give Harden to Daryl that is why they are trying everything else.

The real question we should be asking is can Michael Porter Jr rupture his Achilles? If not, kick rocks.

Besides we way too much medical risk as it is. Murray who will never have the potential to an MVP plus Porter who is high risk, high reward guy who is said to have deficits as a defender.

We are still being low balled.

James is the better player, who can carry the load without other All Stars and Curry does tend to be injured a lot, but we can give them a bit of a discount considering uninformed public opinion, if they include say Wiseman or the Minnesota pick in 2021.

MPJ is not good enough to be the main piece in a Harden deal. 2nd piece with picks, sure.

    3rd piece.

MPJ is not only just a small sample size, his injury history is a major red flag.

That's good, but I have seen him shying away from contact as well.

He didn't look stunning in the beginning but with the work he has put in, he's making strides sooner than later.

They'll never do that. The reason isn't because Harden is the better individual player.

Reason would be that they would be tearing down their entire championship culture which began with Klay and Steph.

It marked a fruitful era and Harden would usher in a more 'ISO centric' era.

Maybe if Harden was still 26-28.

Cute how the reporter paints Harden as a "3rd star" almost as an afterthought to the hometown guys in Murray/Jokic. Dont get me wrong they have a nice squad and caught lightning in a bottle last year and will be interesting to see if they can keep that momentum for a full year, but cmon now James Edward Harden Jr is not going ANYWHERE to play 2nd or 3rd fiddle. He would lead the Nuggets, not blend in.

PLUS this will be MPJ in a couple of years:

ok a degenerative back condition (if true) should mean a hard pass. Even under the best case scenario, the player will do everything to avoid contact which means no driving to the basket.

I will take mediocre potential but healthy over superstar potential but gimpy 10 times out of 10.

I’ve read varying reports on MPJ’s back, some more positive than others. Regardless, I’d view him as an asset. If he can extrapolate his averages from last year over 30 mpg then his stock will skyrocket. I’d trade him again at that point for another bounty. I think he will be fine for several years but want no part of that second contract.

Nor should they. Morley is a snake and it's time Rox leak to hurt Sixer morale. Get dirty Stone!

Trade Harden for Brown plus assets, then flip the assets for MPJ.

    Wood
    MPJ
    House
    Brown
    Wall

A good young athletic team that can grow into a championship level team in 2-3 years after Lebron retires.

I love Jaylon Brown but wouldn't want MPJ at all. Soft with back injuries already.

Bol Bol is a much better prospect than Michael Porter Jr. I think he is also safer from a health standpoint as well. Also he is locked in for 2 years 4.2 mil which is a bargain.
