My gut tells me to go with overs across the board, but I backed off as I think we are so deep that Adelman will try not to wear out our two stars. We added four players (in Scola, Francis, James and Bonzi) who could score 20+ on any given night. That makes it hard for me to imagine anyone on this team averaging over 25. Likewise, we added three good point guards and have heard and seen that McGrady won't be the primary playmaker like he was last season. I don't see him maintaining last year's assist avg in the face of that. If Yao plays very heavy minutes he will average over 10 boards, but I'm hoping he'll play 35 or less to stay fresh for the playoffs so I've got him around 9 boards. I pegged Scola just above 30 minutes because I see him playing around half the game at 4 and getting serious minutes at center too. I also agree with those who have said Hayes and Deke will rarely play together, which means Scola logs more minutes. I've got RA over 40% because I expect him to shoot far less often and in far less desperate situations. As for minutes for SF, MJ and BW, I feel like they would each average over 25 minutes, but the math makes it impossible.

Rafer's shooting percentage will go up due to better shot selection within the offense. Scola should be around the 20-25 mpg. James will get good minutes at the 1 and 2, so he should be over 30 mpg. Francis will be out of the rotation by December. Bonzi should be right around 25 mpg filling in at the 2 and 3. Could end up more if he's the Bonzi of old.
