I am still confused by this criteria. in every other category, rating "over" would be "better than" the benchmark Clutch provided. In this category, we are talking about defensive fg% ranking. anything "better than" 8.5 (8th place defensively or better, would seem like it should be a vote for "over" that's the way I would interpret it.
