Makes sense for Anderson. Need rest after that monster slam yesterday.

RJ Hunter has been playing well in the G league. If the Rockets have a nice lead I wouldn’t mind seeing him get some significant minutes down the stretch during this home stand.

I'm concerned about Chris. I hope he won't miss another game due to injuries after the Hawks game.

What is R.J. good for? Nothing IMO.
Brown can shoot with confidence and even make a play or two, along with some defense. Honestly, if the Rockets have the cap room to cut Nanu and add Brown, I would do it. The kid doesn't lack confidence.

NANU should have been cut last year. One of Moreys worst picks (he wasn't projected to even get drafted)

Aren't those the same draft experts that voted for the mvp last 3 yrs and also did not think the superstar combo will work?

Cutting Nanu would mean dead money on the cap. Morey doesn't want that. It is obvious he has no future on this team with its trajectory. I expect Nanu to be packaged as filler in a trade in the offseason.

My predictions on "rest" for the #RestPolice.

It you are looking for a game for James Harden to "rest" my prediction is the Friday Suns game. It would allow him to play the Tuesday Bulls game and then get rest until the Sunday Spurs game. That is a nice break. I expect CP3 to play in that Suns game if Harden is out. If CP is back for the Bulls game, I could see them resting Gordon in that game since they will have both Harden & CP.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Rockets look at the Spurs/Wizards/Blazers/Thunder stretch of games as a "playoff tune up" and play those games tough. Then perhaps look at the LAL/Kings games as rest games.

i dont think theres much to be concerned about. if these were the playoffs or rockets had more to play for he would be playing. cp3 just posted on social media he was playing 1 on 1 at tc vs some rockets staff. apparently got fouled pretty bad on his right arm lol

    I like it .

I think you've gotta have a plan to get guys rest ... And stick to it.

I think locking up the 1 seed is a formality at this point and we should be prioritizing playoff readiness

As if Ryan Anderson needs a rest lol...

Ryan Anderson treats playoffs like his vacation.

Perhaps NBA season might be a bit long. Should end season right before the NCAA tournament starts and start the playoffs after the 3rd of games.
