Asher is pertaining to the game of beer pong saying he can shoot
like AI and the line following..

    "Allen Iver-saaahn.. Hakeem Olajuwaaahhn -
Don't even bounce.. not in my house"

So the Dream reference (i believe) was insinuating that he'd block a beer pong attempt if you attempted to bounce

"Pistol in my reach, man - Still in Long Beach, man/
Hoping if my grind don't help me ger out? My speech can/
I've been in the streets longer than Yao Ming's wingspan/
You can be MTV, I'll be C-Span/"

..There's actually a ton of Rocket references, especially in the last few years, I just can't remember them at all right now :(

lol But If you just like hearing Rocket references in the form of rap, I constantly representing if ever writing/recording

    "I'm Illy-er" (@ 02:05)
    http://www.tinyurl.com/DMDweek8
    "..And I
Put my Yao jersey on when I hit the stage
Cause I'ma Rock it (Rocket), find me Rockin that **** for days"

And here's a track that's not completed (I'm waiting on my man to finish recording his verse) but I have a good few bars incorporating a play on words with The rockets or basketball in general

    "Never Say Never" (@ 01:35)
    http://www.zshare.net/audio/565306350ad0fb89/
"...........So tell me why you jockin meeee though?
You just lookin akward like Chuck Hayes shootin a free throw
...And now the players startin to see how
I am David Stern, the way I'm runnin the league now
Set the bar higher than Yao grabbin a rebound
Already MVP, you see, I'm chasin for the ring now
    ..........but I don't need a champion-ship
To rough a rapper up like a champion, b****"

    "Cannon Flow" (@ 00:27)
    http://www.zshare.net/audio/565309597da16503/
"You hate it --- When a playa like me
Is the O-N-E and I rise above thee
    Competition like I'm T-M-A to the C
People look up to me (literally) I'm 6'3''

Other punchlines I've used referencing the Rockets that I can remember..

"My Credit Card gets Charged like Battier"

"I ain't your average rapper talkin' bout poppin trunk
Cause, I'm above them actors like T-Mac in a dunk"

I'll post the songs/lyrics from other rappers once they all come to me

Ya, that's what I got from it too.

Speaking of Asher Roth... The dude is just nasty. I would recommend taking a listen to his newest mixtape, "The Greenhouse Effect". His first true album drops in April.

Strip club, in the private room tryin to fix the curtains
Wanna 'cause a big excursion run up on the kid squirtin

I'm pretty sure the recent song by Nelly -- "Just a Dream" -- is just an extended ode to Hakeem.

    ;)

In all seriousness though, I would love to see an Olajuwon mix-tape with this song.
