^Patterson has been pretty terrible for the most of the year. Sucks that he has this recurring injury, but his loss doesn't mean much to this team aside from the fact that McHale will continue to play Morris out of position more and more.

Honestly, at this point Terrence Jones and Motiejunas should be getting most of the minutes at the 4 with Patterson out. Morris backs up Parsons and Harden; Smith backs up Asik.

None of the other PFs have outplayed him. They're only "out-potentional'ing" him and stand a chance to replace his productivity since he hasnt been a world beater.
