Yes he has looked bad. Seems like he is forcing things too much. I was actually surprised that we resigned him at the number. It was probably a good thing because we can combine him with Jones to get to a decent number for outgoing salary.
The fact that you insinuated that 2 games was a long stretch of games. I'm surprised he's struggled in these first 2 games considering how well he was playing during the preseason. He was looking like vintage Brewer and now all of a sudden he doesn't.
Something is wrong with Brewer. Bad passes, layups off the glass that don't hit rim, fumbles under the basket, 2 missed free throws in one trip.. he is paid to do one thing: run and score on the drive. If he can't do that, he's toast.
We'd have been better off playing KJ McDaniels than Brewer. Brewer has brought absolutely nothing positive to the team in either game this season.
LOL at the complaints. He is playing the exact same way he has for the past 5 years. He's never been that good.
Exactly, I mean why do you give him 8m a year? That is WAY overpriced for what he can do, he is a 10th man at BEST. DD

Y'all need to ease off of Brewer. We've had a bad start, so the usual idiots are coming out, but he's an asset off the bench. Consistent hustle, no matter the score, even when everyone else is sleeping. Preseason- "Brewer is in midseason form!" First two games- "omg brewer is trash, why is he even on the team?!?" Sometimes I can barely handle this ****ing site.
That's a bit hyperbolic. He's a solid rotation player. He's just had a few bad games. I'm a fan of Brewer, but I'll acknowledge that this contract doesn't seem like a steal. I do think it's fair value though.
He's Josh Smith-ish in his inconsistency. He seems to be either killing the other team or killing us. I feel like the guy should get some time every night but on the nights he doesn't have it, recognize it, accept it and bench him. Having three rotation guys who are super streaky like Ariza, Brewer and Jones is a problem.
Who were we competing against for 8m a year? I dunno, I like Brewer's hustle, but he can't shoot, and he KEEPS ON SHOOTING - the guy is a chucker who can't SHOOT. Drives me nuts - why can't we find guys who CAN shoot and hustle? DD
brewer was key for us last year and does bring good things but his lack of understanding of his role is what is most frustrating. This guy should only be looking to score on a open 3, a drive off a open 3 , or open court dunk/layup. Whenever he gets the ball in the half court he acts like a chicken with his head cut off and try's to force offense which is just horrible offense.
