Yeah, I hadn't heard those in a long time...those are the only two memorable Rudy quotes I could come up with.

Thanks for posting the promotion nights. I already had tickets to most of those games, but I called up and got tickets to the ones I don't already have. I thought I was just going to go to 10-15 games this year, but now I've got tickets to almost 30 games. I am really pumped, I just hope I don't transfer to Austin until after the season is over.

Maybe they can do a Scottie Pippen and Dave Fietl celebriduck. At least they wont have to do much with the nose area. lol

We're still working on plans for closing night (focusing on opening night right now, truth be told), but we'll do something big.

We've also discussed doing bobbleheads of some of the older players. We're always going to put most of the emphasis on current players, but some connection to the past is important. Rudy and Calvin were the obvious ones to start with this year. Next year, when we want to make sure people connect the Rockets' past glory to our new home ... hmmm. ;)

With this in mind, I can come up with a good point.

New uni's will have something to do with this clue.

    Tim,

On a different note. Anything planned for the Dream when he announces his retirement?

We should retire his number when toronto comes down. No reason to wait. Plus I will be attending that game.:D :D :D

Just to clarify ... nothing is official with Hakeem yet. But if he does retire, we're certainly going to honor him. It wouldn't necessarily be opening night, though.

Isnt there a time period that has to pass before you can retire a jersey? I think you have to go through one full season before it can be retired. That sucks though because his jersey definitley should hang for some time at least in the The Summit/Compaq Center.

Thats what the Rocks did with Drexler, he retired in 97-98 and his jersey was retired in 99-00. I will definitley have tears in my eyes when #34 goes to the rafters.

Was eddie griffin water bottle in the plastic bag when it was distributed? Or, was not it wrapped?
    Please tell me.
I buy it at prices more than 50 dollars if you have an unopened thing.

I cannot judge whether your memory is correct. However, it is not easy to think the distribution by baring when thinking sanitary.
