Since when does someone have to be performing Jordan-like to have the right to comment on others? Though, I agree the comments by Parson's are unnecessary, it's not like his opinion shouldn't be valued as an inside voice/opinion on the team. He's speaking the truth, and seeing as he's pretty close to everyone on the team, one can guess that he wouldn't openly say this out of a mistake. There are problems in the locker room.

    Basketball Player Golden Rule:

You never call out your teammate over the media. Under any circumstances! EVER!

That's your entire comment, a waste of a post. But I'm the troll??

I'm staying on topic. Omer is WRONG to put himself above the Rockets. Omer Only Fans are WRONG to agree with him. Parson is RIGHT to call him out.

Do you have any meaningful response and rebuttal to that? Stay on topic.

Not right to call him out in the media, do it behind closed doors.

There is nothing worse than when a teammate quits on his team. That is the exception and it has happened before

Asik Only Fans. It fits the profile perfectly.

Parsons needs to stfu. Ain't none of his business. Asik paid his dues in Chicago. Would love to see parsons get demoted to the bench and his minutes cut 80% because of another player and not his play and see how he would like it.

Airing it out to the public media a big taboo. What the hell is he thinking?

Parsons should shut up and start shooting better first.

I like Parsons trying to light a fire under his ass but to go about it in the media is just stupid

And who is that? His agent who talked about him being frustrated? Parsons who talked about him being frustrated? Of course Asik is frustrated. Post something substantial you can blame Asik for

Parsons needs lessons from Lin in talking to the media. He played better and was also more likeable last season before Dwight came over.

There is no exception to this rule. NONE! You let the FO handle the personal matters.

If you are the captain, you talk to your teammate. If that doesn't work, go to FO with it and let them handle it!

You never ever call out your teammates over the media!!!

You can be frustrated without quitting on your team.

As far as anything substantial, there really isn't anything to post about Asik. He's a serviceable non-dominant center in a league that no longer has dominant centers--nothing special.

    And he is a wuss.

The only aspects of Asiks game that could have been improved is his understanding of defensive rotations (do you understand what a defensive rotation is?) But his defensive rotations were already exceptional. He has stone hands. As fans we knew that when he was signed. He has much less vertical than the average NBA player. As fans we knew that when he was signed. His hand eye coordination is below the NBA average. As fans we knew that when he was signed. He is a NBA quality paint protecting center. As such he has immense value on the trade market. But he will never ever be a competitive power forward in this league. Howard will never be that either. And would you please stop using those stupid emoticons? It makes your posts look like a high school girls diary.

Pretty boy seems to be getting a big head. How ironic would it be if he was traded along with asik?

The funny thing is that Parsons is the most likely Rocket to be out by next year. Bev and Lin are higher on the totem pole.

Once again, please substantiate the claim that Asik has quit on the team

Not happening. There's a reason he went with Dwight's agent.

Why would Morey want to trade him?? Morey doesn't even want to trade Asik.

The only person feeling themselves and getting the big head is Omer Asik
