I need to get to one of these sometime. Ever since I was little I would have given so much just to step foot on an NBA court, much less shoot around on it. If I got the chance, I would throw one down...even if they kicked me out.
I went to one like it at the Palace this year and had a great time. I would have had a picture of me shooting free throws there, but my dad doesn't know how to take a picture without his thumb in the way. sigh. But I did get to meet Tayshaun, Amir Johnson, Jason Maxiell and Nazr Mohammad. So it was well worth the drive They had open shoot around on one end and competitions on the other. LadyDi thanks for the pictures! Looks like you were able to see most of the players that were there. This is one of those things I would love to live near Houston to go to. And regarding Chuck, did you doubt he would?

He's not bad looking. He seems to be a reserved guy. A guest and I were in the same elevator as him when I worked for Rockets back in 2005. We just stood there and we wanted to say hi but we didn't because he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. So yeah, I guess he keeps to himself.
