Rockets not on Nuggets list of teams to trade with..

I rather believe Adrian Woj and Chris Mannix. This Sam Amico guy seems like he is just reporting his sources as hearsay.

nuggets don't want to trade carmelo to another western conference power. kings? twolves? ....if rockets can't get carmelo, go for igoudala or ganger but i doubt pacers would trade away their best player.

heres something substantial, the Rocks coulda been sure fire championshi[ contenders with Melo but as usual we are let down and altho this is not 100% a fact, be ready for disappointment once more.. 2 in one summer Bosh now Melo, but I love the team as is albeit we may not be title contenders without another superstar

 

Well the Nets can offer Favors or Harris.
Wolves can offer Wes Johnson maybe even rights to Rubio (doubt it).
Kings can offer Cousins, Casspi, Landry or Thompson maybe.

All three teams have pretty good young players, I'd be thrilled if I was the Nuggets if I can work a deal with one of these teams.

 

I didnt know about this so I'm not sure why you guys want to lock this up. How true is this?

The question is, are we dumb enough to give DEN the best offer out of all the teams. Before you answer, remember that there are a lot of really really dumb teams out there.

 

Is Morey even interested?

 

Why not? Kahn has done an admirable job and made immense changes this offseason, bringing in new facilities for the players and of course the acquisition of Darko Milicic... who is pretty this generation's Chris Webber and has been described as 'manna from heaven'.

Darko will finally be able to realise his full potential and justify his high lottery pick. Don't be surprised when Minnesota make some noise this season.

 

r****ded FO move by Denver if they try to do that. There isn't a single team in the league that will give up valuable assets for a season's worth of Melo. Melo ain't planning to go to any of those teams so he wouldn't sign an extension with any of them.

No extension = No Melo.

 

Melo has a little leverage but the lack of the CBA pulls that rug out from under him pretty quickly.

If he wants the extension, and where he fails is that he almost HAS to accept it because he wants it under the current CBA.....

Whereas Tmac had all the leverage, Melo has a little......but not much.
