I think it depends on their maintenance and if they have a lot of kids. If the girl works out and eats healthy she can look really for for a long time. It’s very true saying you are what u eat. Eating healthy shows off later in life. If the girl is working out and being healthy. She will look about 10-15 years young compared to other women in her same age range. Same goes to us guys.
