This is such a jinx thread. Now it's more likely we go 1-4 instead of 4-1. Heat may have a mediocre record but they always play hard under Spo. Mavs are missing Luka but Kyrie can still go off for 50, their team is full of shooters too. Celtics are the defending champs, I would not bet against them. Lakers are the most hungry team of the list because they are fighting to keep their playin spot. Also, I guess people already forgot Lakers have the most friendly whistle in the league since Lebron joined them, getting the most fts every season.
Rockets lack of a closer is starting to show. When the ball stops going in, Rockets don't have that guy who demands the ball, gets buckets, and makes plays. Simple as that.
Agreed, they have lacked the superstar for quite some time since the rebuild. In midst the whole depth is the superstar and Ime is the star of the team.
we legit might go 0-5 our only real chance against the Mavs and even without luka, I'm taking them. no chance against the celtics Lakers maybe but I doubt it.
I think out of the box, and Celtics might not take us seriously enough. Depending on if Jru Holiday is healthy or not. Mavs always play us hard, it is a Texan duel......with or without Luka. Klay always shoots his load....
Update: Lakers added Dorian Finney Smith (3 and D) and Shake Milton...... no Russell. Both decent shooters with good enough percentages.
