Can't argue IF his knee is indeed seriously damaged. I hope it is not. Still the team needs to get a true PG and backup C in any case.

No sir, its just some fans actually want to see the team they root for move to and achieve the ultimate goal.

Fans like yourself just live life with low expectations.Y'all call it "being realistic". Kind of like patting your kids on the back everytime they bring home D's and F's.

"Real fans" like yourself are actually afraid of success. Play, lousy, stupid and uninspired? You guys still give pats on the back and applaud

Oh dear god, like the people who are glass is half full are more of a fan than those of us who are half empty people.

Fans is short for fanatics - everyone here is a Rockets fan, some have higher expectations for them than others - and some feel the need to vent, it is an internet bulletin board - this is what you get, both and all FANS here to talk about the Rockets - if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Whining about the whiners is essentially the same damned thing.....

I just feel that the team should do whatever is in their power to help him get his knee right. Even if we lose in the standings, I wouldn't mind if we had the team at full strength. He's still got it, but he needs to be healthy.

Venting about stupid knee jerk posts is also part of the internet. If you don't like it, stop making stupid posts or get out of the kitchen.

Yes, its sad when the level of analysis is so poor after losses.

It is mind numbing to read stuff like 1) we should trade Dwight for Ppat 2) we are now the favorites in the west after getting Josh Smith 3) no Josh Smith completely destroyed our chemistry 4) McHale should be fired for MJax 5) Canaan solves all our problems 6) McHale is jealous of DMo

And other assorted silly opinions from BBS assistants who were freaking out when we traded for Harden, or let Parsons go, or traded Brooks, etc.

It is fine to critique the Rockets. I read some good stuff from Haralabob all the time. But the criticism on here is mostly ignorant.

MO we need another creator on offense. That critique has been on point. The rest mostly junk.

Took the words right out of my mouth. The "whole holier than thou" and referring to anyone who doesn't agree with everything that the team is doing as a "knee jerker" is getting old. Teams got problems, people come on here to vent about it, it's really that simple.

Venting and intelligent discussion are obviously not the same thing.

If you guys are too emotional to make intelligent posts after a loss, then take a break

So, you admit you're a whiner about the Rockets.

People who say they are entitled to be negative is your right.

But every step of the way to a title, you will do this. It's just your mentality as a fan. You get satisfaction out of b****ing and telling people what you think is necessary to improve, and you will at any level until they win. That is part of your enjoyment of the game. We get it. You just don't get why we don't care to share your sentiments, at all.

Sitting next to abject negativity (whether live at a game/bar or via the internet) is so FREAKING boring. We aren't sunshine ass ppl, and claiming we are is getting old, too. I just do not grasp how it is fun being a sports fan yelling at the TV all the time. It's a mentality.

Doesn't mean I'm a better fan. It just means I think your opinion is tainted and not worth considering when ppl like you are venting and looking to blame something

My daughter just graduated from NYU with a Masters degree and my son is on a scholarship at UT Austin. Apparently my pats on the back have been somewhat effective.

    Your turn.

The only one who seems to be emotional right now is you, lol. You seem very hypocritical right now. Please look up the word FAN and stop being so emotional and let it go.

    Dude,

I was speaking in a rhetorical sense.

Talk about somebody who needs to reduce their stress level - maybe you need to stay away from the board

maybe dwight should take the offseason and slim down and lose weight - maybe then he'll have smoother motion and less weight to put on his back, muscles, joints, etc...

if we're paying him 20 mil - it's time - unless he gets us to the finals.
