Because in his perpetual quest to finally get a scoop (what is he now, 0-100? Damn, I wish Ray Allen was still on the team, we could really use his outside shooting), he can't even bull***** properly. The hangup with Dorsey is directly related to Landry, as you said, not some fictitious contractual dispute.

For the love of God, please stop posting Hoopsworld garbage. Bill is not only a liar but apparently not too bright either considering the implausibility of some of his latest claims.

I'd love to see CJ get a 2nd ring in Houston. Hell, I'd love to see Yao and Stevie and Tmac et al get their first rings and first parade in a downtown in great shape after Ike's (Patton like) march in June.

Say what you want, but apparently things have not changed one bit since negotiations have started. That is not a good sign.

The Rox should have their options open, maybe that would put a bit of pressure on F.A.

1.No other team has offered a contract even though FA is virtually over and they have nothing to lose in doing so.

2.Landry hasn't picked up the qualifying offer when he can at any time.

I think Baker should try to set the groundwork for a trade to Milwaukee. It's Landry's hometown team and he has a very good chance of getting the full/near MLE from them next season if he can beat out CharlieV. They're scraping the bottom of the barrel having signed Malik Allen as their primary backup 4. Bucks are in win-now mode. Maybe they'd be willing to give up more? Especially with Joe Alexander looking very much like a project and having an ordinary SL.

The 29th will soon be here and I can't wait to find out who will finally be on the roster. I hope both Landry and Dorsey get signed. Hoopsworld = fantasy island.
