The stupid thing that Morris did was to drive with a suspended driving license, and why he didn't take the remedial driving course. Does he think he is above the law?
Didn't realize you were in Beaumont too. I think since they changed the parking meters downtown everyone is getting parking tickets. As to everyone else and the actual story about T-Mo. I agree it is a stupid article but whether right or wrong when Athletes do sometihing that could be considered negative the press will always be there to point it out.
I am sure he does. He probably thinks he could go around shooting people then covering it up too just because he is T-Mo As was pointed out earlier by JayBird he probably has been a little busy with the basketball thing to take the course. I know sometimes I get busy with things and other things that are less important occasionally slip my mind. I am thinking that is probably the case here.
Seeing how I saw him at "Formula One" next to James Coney Island on Westheimer, looking at "dubs", I'd say he has more than enough free time to complete a 6 hour defensive driving course in a span of 90 days. I could see why he wouldn't want to go to an actual class, but they have this invention called the internet, which allows you to take the course from the comfort of your own home. I guess the next excuse for him is that he couldn't afford to pay the 40 bucks to take the course. Maybe he used up all his money on his wheels.
It's easy to not be able to take the class when you're in Texas and you must take the class in Maryland. That in and of its own is a huge pain in the ass, and at the start of the NBA season I doubt T-mo didn't have all that many opportunities to take it. You're right you can take the class over the internet, but you are still required to come to a Maryland testing center to take a test proving you've completed the course and know the material. Under Maryland law you have to complete the course in Maryland. I've been through the whole Driver Improvement Program fiasco before and it's a pain, I'd assume doubly so if you're out of state.
this is barely newsworthy other than he's semi-famous. i mean who here doesn't go 16 over the speed limit every day. i sure as hell do, i can't drive 55!
Oh my God dude chill out..... I think I am entitled to my own opinion on T Mo. I think he is an average (at best) basketball player who will be riding pine for the majority of next season. You think that he is the next Michael Jordan. There is nothing wrong with differing opinions..... sheesh On a side note, I do think this story is lame to publish and really isnt news at all.
