Anyone whining about "looking to next year" when this team has had the two highest paid players on the sideline for most or all of the season needs to get a clue. This team will be a monster next season provided all are healthy. If not, Morey will eventually get players in here that will be healthy and things will start looking better.

When your best chances at advancing in the postseason are screwed by injuries there is nothing you can do. I mean, the only year we had all our guns in the post season the past 5 years was the '07 campaign where we had role players that would make old school dungeons and dragons players laugh at the ineptitude. 4 guys scoring in a play-off game??

Also, why complain about a lack of a closer on a team that has had the same set of rotation players for 2 weeks? Roles aren't clearly defined yet. Chemistry hasn't been perfected. We see glimpses, but it's way too early.

Yeah, the Rockets have this tall guy, named Yao Ming. He provides a solid offensive presence down low, solid rebounding, shot blocking, shot ALTERING, and can help protect the paint against penetration. And the Rockets were healthy enough last year to get to the 2nd round of the play-offs. Take Yao off the team in March and they might make it, but they are first round fodder for a top 2 seed.

how about this, take any playoff team, have two of their best players and give them three crap players and a non existent bench and expect them to have success. Isn't that essentially what T-mac and Yao has had in the last 5 years.

I don't care what they are given, they are expected to win.

I agree but they haven't let go of the miracle yet.

I personally favor reaching for tomorrow. Let's see what Hill has and give budinger more time. If we do that and win okay. But every loss brings mixed emotions.

And we were missing a power forward who could hit an open jumpshot when the defense doubled up Yao or Tracy.
