Yes, CP3 is a very strong leader and gives a lot and expects a lot. James has never had a teammate like Paul that has accomplished a lot and also is so regimented.

I think Morey told CP3 that he'd try to get Melo, but only at a certain price...I think he would break down to CP3 who could be lost from the rotation and not make the team worse overall after the addition of Melo OKC did not have to give up players the caliber of Ariza or Gordon from their rotation for Melo...Kanter was unplayable for them in the playoffs and McBuckets has been a bonafide scrub so far in his career

you can say plenty about him. If its actually warranted. In this case, we obviously aren't crying as much as you are. his track record speaks for itself as far as being a GM. is he perfect nope? but hes as good of a GM as it gets.
