    makes no sense for ORL. AG has tremendous value why would they make that trade to a desperate team

    What is preventing Rockets from making this deal NOW???

    Is 16th too low for Hornets?

    This is the trade that needs to happen before draft:

    CHA: Russ Westbrook, Josh Richardson, Danuel House + 15th pick (Magic) + 16th pick (Rockets)
    PHI: Buddy Hield, Terry Rozier, Jalen McDaniels
    ORL: Malik Monk, Devonte Graham, Eric Gordon + 3rd pick (Hornets)
    SAC: Cody Zeller + 21st pick (76ers)
    HOU: Ben Simmons, Aaron Gordon, Matisse Thybulle, Mo Bamba + Hornets SRP

    Harden, Thybulle, Ariza, AG, Simmons with PJ, Nwaba, Bamba, 16th pick and McLemore off bench.

    Or at very least:

    CHA: Russ Westbrook, Danuel House + 15th pick (Magic) + 16th pick (Rockets)
    ORL: Malik Monk, Cody Zeller, Jalen McDaniels + 3rd pick (Hornets)
    HOU: Terry Rozier, Aaron Gordon, Mo Bamba + Hornets SRP, Magic SRP, Hornets 2021 FRP

    Harden, Rozier, Ariza, AG, Bamba with PJ, Nwaba, McLemore + 2 SRP off the bench.

    ORL wants a higher pick (in top 10) and are dangling one of the 3: AG, Fournier or Vucevic.

    I don't understand your perspective. You have one of the best 3nD role players in the league on your roster, a piece which every team covets. This guy also happens to be a monster shotblocker at the SF position - offers rim protection too.
    If you are trying to contend, you don't swap him out for a high mileage used car - many previous owners, engine prone to stalling.
    The trade was all about the draft picks to rebuild.

    It is extremely difficult to see it any other way, sorry. The proof is in the pudding.

    Add to that the rhetoric from the front office about waiting for the right trade - I think it is clear we are entering the post-Harden era, and rebuilding. How fast can it happen? Remains to be seen.
