I think Brooks has to go. I'd like to think we could get something better. I don't know.

    No. He's a less-skilled Aaron Brooks clone.

He is athletic and isn't the size of a micro-man. Already a defensive upgrade without trying.

It's the subtile way to tank.

I feel the same way. Flynn would be a step backwards.

He is more skilled off the dribble. His handle is one MILLION times that of Aaron Brooks, who still can't dribble with his left...

    if that's true...DO NOT WANT

if we're going to keep kevin martin, then someone somewhere in the backcourt has to be able to play some defense.

    Uhhh...

We may want to trade Aaron Brooks. That doesn't mean we want to trade him for .40 cents on the dollar.

Perfect -- just what this team needed. Someone who has slightly better handles than Brooks. That will really help our defense and/or scoring.

Flynn is a micro-man bro. he's not even 6'0" despite the NBA.com measurements

My guess it's 2 different deals.

    1) Brooks for Flynn
    2) JJ for Randolph

If the rockets trade for Flynn, either Morey resigns or Les fires his ass. Are you telling me with ALL the holes this team has, your gonna bring in ANOTHER undersized guard? On a team who's the most undersized in the NBA? Morey will need his walking papers soon

Interesting...Minnesota owns the Jazz and Grizzlies picks this season. Could this expand to a 3 team deal where Battier heads to Memphis, Brooks/Jeffries to Minnesota, and Thabeet, Flynn and pick to Houston?

Yeah, you're right. I thought he was around 6'1" or so....he seems to be longer and better built though. Aaron is just so diminutive in almost all proportions that he really doesn't have much of a chance to contribute when he isn't making people react to him.

The Jonny Flynn deal with Houston involves either Jared Jeffries or Aaron Brooks, sources say. Teams discussing picks, too. Not done.

    ^Wrong tweet.

    AlexKennedyNBA

Aaron Brooks' camp knows nothing about potential MIN trade. Brooks had been told he wasn't going anywhere so the rumors came as a surprise.

I'll look for the link when I'm out of class, anyways I read Minny was willing to throw in their draft pick if the right deal approaches. It will be a top 5 pick more then likely, something we could use.
