Rockets look like a 50 win team to me.

    Mm yea it looks like we are in a funk. The line ups don’t look to have that flow we had last year.

    I think MCW isn’t working because he is doing the same thing we saw on those highlights, Ennis is okay, Melo is meh. Wish we had someone like Wilson chandler or that jerebko. No one seems to be synced on the defensive end.

    i didn't use any advanced stats - what i posted is exactly what is happening in reality.

    the only advanced stat involved is that ennis takes more threes per minute than ariza, so he is already above ariza's volume

    We have to temper our expectations with this team. I think we have a better squad than last year. but the chemistry evolved as the season went on. Remember things were looking very Badly when Harden had the Hamstring injury early winter last year. We got Green because of that.

    My point is other great teams like The 2010 Miami Heat went 9-8 to start the season and they had 2 Bonafide first ballot hall of Famers. It takes time. The Rox dont need to rest on their laurels until they have it worked out. But all this defensive slippage talk has to calm down. Ariza and Moute would have been in foul trouble and ineffective with the NEW RULES OF FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT. Look at the scores around the League even the Warriors all of sudden cant guard people because they are getting torched. If we are 56 to 58 wins and healthy and united on roles and rotations I will take that all day long.

    Depends on the health of cp3 and Harden. We will comfortably win 50 if those 2 stay healthy.

    The thing is. . . . Regular Season wins are meaningless

    We went from worrying about the 14th pick in the draft
    To thinking we Auto Playoff team

    Idk about yall but we won 60 something games and dont have a ring to show for it. *shrug
    Rockets can win 52 games but if they get that ultimate prize then I'll be happy.

    The rockets now would have to go 49-27 to reach 50 wins. That sound like climbing Mt. Everest in flip-flops or sandals at this point.
