I was completely against it, but we do need a change to get out of mediocrity. I think we slight Gasol for his flopping and natural disdain towards him but when it comes down to it Gasol is a great player and he is better and bigger than Scola. If you compare that with contracts then I would say Scola is a better value. Pau would work hard he's not the type that would be bitter and let it affect his play. CP3 is def a better player than Lowry but Lowry does have the toughness, less injury prone, and isn't as much of a baby as CP3. The trade is based on the assumption we sign Nene and possibly bring in someone else. As a fan sometimes you just have to put aside love for Scola and Kmart and remember they'll be gone someday and it's for the greater good of the team.
