What is this ****? Are we like the plague now? People dont want to come here? It has to be because of Morey. Has to be. He should be fired if he has made this team unattractive to even traded players not wanted by their teams anymore.

And they got immediate cap savings + Marc Gasol. In Hindsight the trade wasn't as one-sided as it looked at the time.

 

None of these players want to live in Houston. Nothing to do here. ****ty city.

 

It's just frustrating being on here because every one b****es and complains about wanting a star player and when we get close to one they complain about it because they don't " like him". People were complaining when we were pitching for Bosh. Beggars can't be choosers.

 

After a few years of Morey, many of you STILL fail to understand how he operates. This trade would be a great one for the Rockets. Morey was in no way done wheeling and dealing, as this move would simply be a precurser to other moves that would shape this team into what he and the staff envision.

This trade is not about Kevin Martin and Luis Scola being good players, it is about Pau Gasol being a great talent able to change the game in 3 phases (Offensively, defensively, and rebounding).

The idea is not to simply make this deal and sit on the roster, but to further shape and mold this squad into a playoff contender. Keeping a bunch of good role players on our roster will not accomplish that goal.

it's not that the city sucks it just doesnt have the appeal other cities do. oh, and the weather blows.

 

I smell huge politics and total corruption here somewhere. NBA has to be changed from Stern on down. Not just the CBA. It is way too corrupt. Regardless if it would have made us worse? It now still turns out some kind of negative for our team. This is unacceptable to Rockets fans and players. Les Alexander needs to say something to Stern too.
