If he reaches his ceiling he’s gone 100% and he could leave without Houston getting anything in return with this clever contract. I can see the Kings in his future on full vet max money.
Anyone that even says "jater" unironically, instantly loses all credibility. Miss me with that cultist BS
You literally called him Corey Brewer his rookie year. You are the textbook Jater here don't deny it.
Not if Jalen says “Fk you — remember that time” he could force management’s hand where they can only get REAL scrubs back for him. That irony is pretty funny to think about actually. Jalen has all the leverage with this deal as he should.
I literally said that if he didn't improve, that's what we were looking at. He's been closer to a Gerald Green. There's no such thing as a "Jater" that's just what the nut huggers call people who don't praise Jalen for failure... or those who even acknowledge his poor performance.
Any player can do that though. Curry can say **** you to GSW and throw balls at Draymond Green and Steve Kerr. Thats the danger of guaranteed contracts. Jalen has the leverage but the Rox mitigate their risk and get to keep FVV for 2 more years. Its a win win
Well, less than 10 minutes to go… or they wait until next summer. Sengun is this year’s Maxey - his cap hold is so low versus his market value that the Rockets are willing to risk angering Sengun just to create some cap room
Brewer and Jalen are different types of players so how can Jalen be Brewer un the first place? Gerald Green? Since when was Gerald Green first team All rookie? Poor performance? You mean like Sheppards 2/2/2 in 20 mins on 25% FG? Poor performance like that? Crazy how you didnt compare Sheppard to Brewer or even acknowledge his poor performance. You are literally a Jater, you Jater. No objective person will compare 19 yr old Green to 21 yr old Brewer.
Pragmatic = negative apparently. They like Jalen. They don't love Jalen.....yet. Works for both parties.
But for me theres no reason to wait cuz theres no good FA in the offseason anyway and we got lots of salary we can cut if needed.
Everyone keeps saying this, and I feel like I am living in an alternate universe where JG dominated last year. October, November, December, January, February, April. All incredibly difficult to watch. These are not opinions. 6-5 Jalen Suggs played great last year. (See some folks calling him short… Huh? Guy is built like a tank…) No one is saying Suggs will be better than JG this coming year, but for anyone that was following the Magic, Suggs was balling. Guy has serious defensive chops, too. Green has improved, but y’all making him sound like he is prime Jordan RN.
