Agreed but Nash, Kobe, and Gasol wont be playing at a high-level much longer

I think Morey is thinking about the future, and building players around Bynum would be a good start.

Hopefully Bynumb/DMo could be what Bynum/Pau use to or should be.

Well I'm glad rumors about us gained steam right as it was "all coming to a head". That has to be a good sign.

Might ba a chance that Howard plans to come to for just a season and become a free agent next season just to go with the Nets?

If Lopez signs a max deal, the Nets will not have max money or close for Howard.

He can't unless we sign and trade him to them or they pull off a near-miracle to clear cap space at the trade deadline... especially once they sign Brook Lopez to max money (I fell on the floor laughing after I typed that)

They actually don't even without Lopez I think. Johnson, D-Will, and Wallace nearly tap them out by themselves.

By this time tomorrow, one of them better be on our team or I might go crazy from all the rumors and speculation. Would be extremely happy with either one, but Howard sits a notch above Bynum for me. I have the belief that if we do get Howard we can convince him to stay. If that's a no-go then Bynum would be my preference, but with two high caliber players such as these it really doesn't matter, just get one of them!

    Make something happen.

Does LA really want to pay Lee what it will take, only to play ~15 minutes a game?

TRUE... but keep in mind that in previous reports tonight stated that D.Morey and the Rockets organization were in direct talks with Orlando and not putting much substance into looking on considering a 3-team deal with L.A. and Orlando.

Translation: Dwight Howard will become a Houston Rocket! Sure, we'll have to give up some rookies/draft picks but that's what Morey wanted to do from the start... Remember on the night of the NBA Draft?

With that being said, I will applaud Morey either way... But I believe he's all in to hit that clutch Home Run instead of going for a ground-rule double.

If Howard bolts after that one season with us? Well, I guess we'll cross that bridge when/if it comes down to that, won't we?
