Honestly probably kpj. Kid is just a pure hooper

Morant is flashy but relying on that much athleticism reminds me of Rose & Westbrook and I’ll take talent/skill over a few years of athleticism any day of the week.

All I hear is explosiveness out of Ivey. KPJ has everything else. Paolo is head to toe more skillful + a better fit for the rockets

But Ivey is explosive sounds like a stupid ass reason. At least Jalen had talent and skill

I just saw a YouTube video of Fran stating, he thinks OKC might pick Ivey at 2 and package him for a veteran. He feels Ivey might become the best player out of the draft.

The Hou and OKC dynamic is interesting. If OKCs interest in Ivey is legit, it behooves Hou to block a trade down scenario by leaking this Ivey interest.

If we can scare OKC into taking Ivey, that leaves us with Holmgren, which is a huge win. Banchero is certainly a great consolation prize, but Chet fits so much better.

It entirely possible. If that happens, then Houston is picking between Banchero and Chet…not bad at all.

Looks like Orlando is going BPA all the way. I could see their board changing, but I’d be shocked if they trade back.

Just not sure Stone picks Holmgren if Banchero is also available as well.

    Legit fear.

Best case scenario is if Magic take Banchero #1.

If Ivey is the pick then Wood is not going anywhere.

There is no Morant in this draft.

Ivey may be similar athletically but not skill set or production.

I have always felt that the Magic might take Banchero at 1.

    Sounds amazing!

But doesn't fit their previous draft profile.

Also people need to remember all the praise KPJ was getting from coaches and players this year.

But him being a loose cannon does scare me

If Ivey were 6’8 with a 7’2 wingspan, I would say done deal.

I've been saying this since College season ended. Jaden Ivey is better than what you all think. For me he's the 2nd, or 3rd best player of this draft. I rather see the Rockets draft him over Chet Holmgren.

Jaden Ivey HAS the highest IQ, and he's the most skilled. He's not the most athletic, but his IQ is the highest.

Who is it you think each team prefers in this deal?

Not sure, depends on assets being moved. I suspect at least the Rockets are flexible.

That's the exact opposite of what Jaden Ivey is.

He's athletic, but he has poor decision making and his skills are suspect.

He's fast enough to be a terror in transition or when the defense isn't set, but he doesn't bring much else to the table.

If Ivey is bpa in their book i don't think it's ridiculous. On ball defense is needed in the backcourt. Kpj isn't awful but Ivey is more of a pure point...

It would be a tough 3 guard combo for matchups...

If they think Sengun can be a 4 and can get someone like Mark Williams for the 5 by using assets and 17, I think the defense could see an infusion of talent...

Not sure if best course of action but i could believe it if that's how they evaluate it...
