We are going to need a replacement for Pat Beverly on defense. But only if he comes for Pocket change! Will have to be taught not to shoot for any reason. Hand the ball off.
This is actually a long - con move. You sign him as backup at near min, get him some minutes. He works Dantoni's system, it rejuvenates his career. Trade deadline comes around, flip him for a 2nd somewhere.
Excellent asset. Sign him to minimum or near-minimum deal. Cut out 100% of his mid range, work on his 3. Have him learn from 2 elite PG's. Would be a great 4th guard. People are like parrots, they love repeating things for shock value. MCW, like Brewer, is worth more than the minimum but can be had for the minimum probably. He's capable of becoming a rotation player, and if he does he has advantageous physical qualities. He's not the only player in the world who will never improve at all for the rest of his life lol. Also let's be realistic from now, our 4th or 5th guard is going to suck real bad. Don't even expect any other outcome.
Don't mean to bump this thread and I didn't want to make a MCW thread. Please forgive me but this is one of the best videos I came across on reddit.
And after watching that, just think about the fact that Ricky Rubio is a far worse finisher ... look at these 0-3' and 3-10' FG% numbers for their careers.
