doubt it, why would they trade the one building block they have left for a Guy that does nothing for them?

SJax would bring a swagger to this team, similar to what Ron brought when he was here. All for it.

Or it could be Roy's contract they want to move.

Whats up with Portlands infatuation with dealing for everyone we go after also? Is there some like league mandate handed down were they have to try and get in on everyone one we are seeking? They have an insider here and cant do their own scouting? I am finding that one little thing odd. Portland does always without fail seem to like to get in on our deals or possible draft picks. I would be interested to know if there is some backstory here because it happens often enough for there to be some sort of practice rather than a coincidence.

Would love Gerald Wallace! He'd make the Rockets watchable again!!

Considering what direction the cats are rolling.. I'm assuming they are rebuilding tryibg to trade theyre toptwo players.

So hill, cbud, jefferies? maybe too cheap.. haha

Adelman is on his way out so Wallace can come in.He blocks shots, plays d and can shoot the three. Move Battier to off the bench defensive specialist or trade him.

"Their eye on him?" c'mon...three days left until the deadline...either they're trying to trade for him or not.

This has seemed a possibility for awhile now.

Supposedly Charlotte (once?) had interest in Jeffries, not only for the contract, but for the player himself. But I don't know if that was MJ or Larry Brown, who is, of course, no longer there. Of course, MJ wouldn't mind dumping salary, given the precarious balance of his team's financial sheet, and Brown would have traded anyone at any time for any reason.

Brooks would play well alongside SJax (until SJax has his next interesting episode).

I don't know whether to hope FOR or AGAINST this news being legit. It makes sense from Les' "I want to make the playoffs, Daryl!" and Daryl's "I shouldn't have to be fighting for my job, Les!" perspective.

Yes, he's also the one who's kept LeBron, Durant, Ellis, and Martin below their season averages as well when he guards them.

Wallace is a hybrid between Battier and Ron Ron in their primes.

And he's much more athletic than either one of them have ever been.

    Enjoy these:

Sounds like a 32 year old overpaid wing player we should get our hands on!

I'm all for bringing Captain Jack and Crash to the H.

Brooks + Battier + Budinger + Jeffries + pick for Jack + Crash + Sherron Collins.
