Another Injury Prone center? No thanks. Better of going after Pau or J-Smoove and Dwight and D-WIll in the summer.

Pau is old and over paid......Dwill and Howard want nothing to do with this team. Smoove is a nice compliment player.

This guy is as good as they get when healthy...great attitude and hard worker...This is the guy they should be getting! I am sure they won't find anyone available with his talent at the price bucks will prob ask for...get him and still be able to make moves

Ideally, K-Mart & filler will get it done.

If we could get Bogut for Martin and not much more then I say do it but don't overpay for him because he's still a big question mark health-wise.

Well stated. A nice concise post on the unfortunate state of the NBA-center.

Pau Gasol and Bogut - I could live with that.

That wouldn't be half bad......but I don't see us getting either player tbh.

For Bogut's agent to be informed the Bucks' FO has to be serious about this and the desire for a trade could be mutual.

I am completely down gutting our team for Bogut and Gasol.

    Dragic/Flynn
    Lee/T.Will
    Parsons/Budinger
    Gasol/Patterson
    Bogut/Dalembert

That would be a pretty sick lineup. Maybe trade Lee for another white player..

Whether Bogut is a good thing for us depends on our REAL strategy.

If its truly to make the playoffs this year, the answer is NO.

If its to create cap room for the summer, the answer is Probably NOT (depending on the trade specifics).

If its to throw in the towel for getting Dwight (highly unlikely anyway), and try to be better next year, the answer is MAYBE.

If its a veiled tank tactic for this year, the answer is YES.

If its to build for the future, the answer is MAYBE.

    1) We trade for him we get our lotto pick back

    2) We help Bucks we turn NYC's pick into a lotto pick

With attendance down anyway I hope Les Alexander finds it in his heart to bite the bullet for half a season and make this trade possible. Seriously, this is the difference between having a low 1st round pick, or 2 lottery picks in a deep draft and the 2nd best center in the league next year.

Bogut may still play this season. If Dally is dealt to acquire him the Rockets could go after Kaman to fill in at C.
