The whole idea of having to "showcase" Lawson was ridiculous. Everyone knows what Lawson can and cannot do. He may get traded, or he may not. That's what everyone knows.

We need a better system. Otherwise what we are really hoping for is his one on one skills to improve so he can get to the basket and kick it to a below average three point shooter.

This is good news. Josh smith and lawson may end up being perfect buddies for eAchother. Kenneth fariard type player except smith can spread the floor sometimes

not really just could be that what was being offered for Ty in expiring contracts probably wasnt it worth it from both a talent standpoint or financial standpoint. Ty is essential a large expiring contract himself and getting back guys to make a lateral basketball move just doesnt make sense. Ty has been playing well and we know the type of player Ty can be so its better to take your chances on the better player I would say.

Could be another reason why to hold onto Ty until closer to the deadline. Smith bring more versatility and defense to the second unit and it could be what can turn this team from first round fodder to a team that could be 5th or 6th seed. I dont see anyone catching up to LA right now (maybe but doubtful) and no one is going to beat SA or GS in the first round so.

Brew seemed to click really well with smith running the offense

So you just totally skipped over the part where it was mentioned that there WAS chatter regarding the Bucks? If anything, that proves CyberX WAS right, but things changed with the Smoove trade.

When will people learn that hearing and passing on front office discussions is never about being wrong or right when you actually have sources? Talks are fluid and can change at the drop of a hat. While Bucks Lawson chatter was going on, I have no doubt Morey, Bucks FO, and Lawson's agent had other thoughts and ideas they were bouncing off their respective walls or each other.

Actually those pairings really didn't work that great. The Bulls are playing better with rose out the lineup and the suns were a mess. It's common knowledge that beldsoe and knight do not like or feel comfortable playing with each other.

It works with lebron and Irving cause there both certified top 20 players. Same with kd and Westbrook.

It's tough to incorporate ball dominant players together especailly when one guy is a lot better than the other guy. I know we rag on JH a lot but ty is not even a comparable talent even though they have a similar game.

Also JH has no reason to be a bad defender he's big strong long and athletic.

Ty can try as hard as he wants he always going to be a liability ok that end because of his size.

Our best bet is to return harden to last year defense some how and hide Lawson like the Warriors to curry.

But in order to get the most out this team we need them to play together and well.

    Ty/JH/Ariza/smith/dwight

That's a very talented and versatile lineup if all clicking it could be very leathal if Ariza is hitting his corner open 3s.

Watch smith is going I help a lot we can run pick and roll like the Warriors do all game with curry and green. Smith can pass just as well as green we need that in our offense bad.

it was absolutely imbecilic to let him go. i hope morey was using those trade reports for something else. even if he doesnt work out he gives you a big expiring and this team needs a rehaul.

if they wanna trade a big contract go for brewer. who would want him though? last month brewer and jones could've got a good backup 3d wing. how fast things change

    Lawson
    Harden
    Ariza
    Josh Smith
    Dwight Howard

if you can't win with that lineup then it's clearly coaching and managing the players and the philosophy of the team.

Why do people keep repeating this idiocy? WE.DID.NOT.LET.HIM.GO! He CHOSE to sign with the Clippers. He chose to take less money to join a team who he thought could provide him a more defined role rather than try and battle it out with D-Mo and T-Jones.
