Guys I may not be an insider but one of my uncles who is part scouting/development has told rockets are very interested in giannis antetokounmpo, the rookie from the bucks. He told me that to not sleep on a bucks- rockets trade. I dont want to give out my uncles name, but I can assure you he is a very credible source who has occasionaly talks with Morey. Just to let you know my uncle is a very big fan of giannis. Here's a trade proposal that works. Just my guessing here. http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine I peronally really like this trade for us. Not only is giannis an intriguing prospect, but he seems to be highly thought of around the league. He has incredible defensive potential and all can be that stretch 4 rockets are dreaming for.

I would take Giannis because he is of Nigerian descent and was only born in Greece. Actual Greek players are busty and whiney as a matter of basketball culture and tend to prematurely bald genetically. I am against all Greek players after Spanoulis.

i really doubt we get him. he's really f*ing good...bucks know that. they stole him @18 or so in last years draft. they're going to want a lot for him...he could realistically be their star in 3 or so years. no way they give that up for asik; we'd have to give up a ton more
He not even good yet. He's not even at Stromile Swift level yet. He's just way too raw. Way too raw for this team too.
This is why I love clutchfans: posters like the OP. Sure, it may not happen and then people will mercilessly flame him, but I think that's a shame because these rumors are priceless and can't be found anywhere else. At the very least, it gives us something to be excited about and talk about for the next few weeks.
I'm pretty sure there are 30 teams besides the Rockets who are all interested in Giannis. He's long, athletic, smart, and has a high motor. If he wasn't so raw as a player, I could have seen him being drafted even higher than he already was. I could definitely see the Bucks making him untouchable in any draft proposals unless they are getting a star in return.
