I'm not going to deny that blowing a winnable game doesn't piss me off, but to me this is starting to look like an inversion of last year. KD goes down and they barely hold on to win it. Now it's the Rockets turn to pull a Warriors and the last two games. It's clear now that the Warriors aren't going to be able to blow us out. KD's injury is a bad omen for all the heavy minutes the Warriors' starters are logging. Warriors barely managed to hold us off for 14 minutes without KD and now they might have to do it without him for two whole games. Splash Bros can't use KD as a safety net anymore while they try to get hot, they're going to get the full brunt of our defense now. The heroics of the Warriors' supporting cast isn't sustainable in the long run. We just gotta nut up and take the victory that's being dangled in front of us.
