it would be nearly impossible to get these guys to eat right, it's hard enough keeping track of their workouts...i'm sure they have standards they ask players to maintain or set goals for them...and in some cases actually work them out, but a lot of them want their own trainers.......the chances of them following nutrition advice is slim...guys that eat well usually do it because they like it and want to be healthy, but so many others eat whatver they want

I know of know medical science or technique that can keep Yao's foot from from stress fracturing or Tracy from being a p***y.

Well when he is the only healthy star left in the organization...what else will happen?

I don't get it. Can someone explain to me why this thread has one star? It's not exactly stupid/inflammatory/ridiculous...

Maybe it's from the people expecting him to prevent injuries, as if anyone could have prevented Yao from getting a stress fracture. Sometimes **** happens.

Man, can't remember the last time Rockets didn't have a key player go down to injury. Maybe bringing in the new guy will increase chances of staying healthy. A healthy season would be very exciting to watch.

It looks like his old company is a big Rockets fan or a T-Mac fan.

Here's a story from February 9, 2008 from the Boston Globe. They had a small story about Manny Ramirez and Darryl Eto. They started working together in December 2007.

I have edited out the first few paragraphs that didn't mention Darryl Eto.

Man, can anyone imagine how an Ronny - Manny encounter would sound like? I'd pay to see that.

Weird set up now. Macha was director, now demoted? or does he go back to rehab?

Macha was never director. He has always been the strength and conditioning coach.

its about time... they should really work something in the players contracts as well about how they condition and keep themselves in the off season.

    Next hire... Media spin master!
